- Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep, Standard delivery time is 2-5 days.
- Bulk Orders (greater than 10) & heavy items are shipped through surface & may take more than 10 days for delivery.

- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.
- The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this.

- If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request.

Return Policy
Retailefy is happy to serve customers and fulfill their requirements.
- Receive a full refund for any reason if you return a product within 5 days of your delivery date.
- For products returned with the following conditions below,
- Missing box items like cables, accessories, owner’s manual or software/ driver CD’s, etc.,
- Damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories,
- Damage or dents incurred during the return shipping process,
- Tampered / Missing barcode from the product,
- Branded product received seal opened,
- Empty packet/some items or accessories are missing,
- Wear and tear on the product like small scratches and dents.
- A missing/damaged fee upto 25% will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Payment Gateway/COD charges and shipment/courier cost will also be deducted.
- Products received with physical damage must be reported to retailefy.com on the same day of the
delivery. - Products purchased through Super Saver Deal/Best Price Deal/Deal/Open Box/Garage Sale or under any promotion cannot be returned. All such sales are final. Products sold under these promotions have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. If you have a reason to believe that your product is non-functional, please contact us on support@retailefy.com with video and photographic evidence of the same.
- We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Consumable products
- Food items
- Hygiene related products
- Health related products
- Inner wears/lingerie’s.
- Software products.
- Products with manufacturer seal, once the seal is opened it cannot be assigned to another user.
- Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers
- Unless you have received a damaged or defective product or a product different than the one you have
ordered, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility.
Return Process
- If you would like to return a product, it is required to either submit the Contact Us form or call
us as soon as possible at +91-989 949 5324. All returns must be authorized and the return shipment
must be mailed within 2 days of receiving the original shipment. - The refund will be initiated only after the package has been received back at our facility.
- The refunded amount will be transferred, as per banking and payment gateway norms, within 10
business days of the receipt of the returned shipment.
Your payment is secured. In case of prepaid orders (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking), the amount is refunded in the same account as you had made payment from within 7-10 working days
- If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. Retailefy will contact you for your bank account details.
